- We are seeking a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner to join our dynamic team, specializing in Creditors Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) and Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage CVL and CVA processes, ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation.
- Provide expert advice to clients on insolvency matters.
- Work closely with our accounting team, enhancing our service offerings and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Insolvency Practitioner credentials.
- Comprehensive understanding of insolvency legislation and processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Past experience working in this role.
