Job Description

Our Client are looking for dynamic accountant with past experience who will work with supervision of senior accountant. You must be hardworking, team player and quick learner.

Duties:

  • Inputting and uploading invoices in the system.
  • Ensure authorisation taken, delivery received and invoices matches with relevant purchase orders.
  • Credit card reconciliation.
  • Manage and reconcile the petty cash
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Enter adjustments like prepayment and accruals
  • Defend chargeback and send monthly summary report to management.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as requested by manager
  • Issue invoices to clients using the services
  • Add client information on the management software
  • Working as a team with colleagues to ensure that all deadlines are met
  • Handling supplier and customer queries via email and telephone
  • Liaising with clients and responding to their account enquiries

Essential:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an accounts department
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Software Skills (sage, Xero, Moneysoft)
  • Bachelors/ Master’s degree in related field
